Navagraha Sūktam
A compilation of mantra-s from the Taittirīya Samhitā, Brāhmaṇa & Āraṇyaka, this Sūktam presents 3 mantra-s for each of the nine graha-s (planets) honouring the devatā, adhi devatā & pratyadhi devatā respectively. Though interconnected, each plays a distinct role: the devatā of the graha embodies its essence and influence; the adhi devatā governs the graha; and the pratyadhi devatā is invoked to mitigate adverse planetary effects, ensuring harmony.
Course objectives
At the end of this course, you will:
- Be able to chant the Navagraha Sūktam from the Taittirīya Samhitā, Brāhmaṇa & Āraṇyaka.
- Learn in small sections and then full mantras gradually.
- Chant as taught by my teachers, Vedic scholars in South India.
