Based on feedback received from our community, this is our second Mantra Meditation compilation. These 5 videos will take your through a celebration of Śaṅkara Jayanti, Rāmanavami, a tribute to Prof. R. L. Kashyap, translator of 26,000 mantras of the Veda-s along with a special explanation of the Chandas – Gāyatri, the pronunciation and practice of Oṃ Gaṃ Gaṇapataye Namaḥ and an insightful understanding of wealth in the Veda.

How does this Course Works

You can simply go through the mantra meditations in order or even pick any order. Each video is from 45 minutes to an hour long. Study and practice at your own pace. You do not need any previous experience to benefit from these practice and they are open to all levels. Please note there are no texts included in this course as they are short mantras with the text displayed on screen.

Śaṅkara Jayanti significance

An overview of life and works of Ādi Śaṅkarācārya along with a special practice of japa combining Rudra Gāyatri and Oṃ namaḥ śivāya mantra, as taught to me by my guru Sri M.S. Sreenivasan.

Rāma navami celebration

Rāmanavami significance and a clever calculation of how one arrives at 1000 repetitions of the name of Lord Rāma through just one verse that is chanted at the end of the Viṣṇu Sahasranāma.

Gaṇapati mūla mantra

Origin, significance, pronunciation and practice of Oṃ gaṃ gaṇapataye namaḥ mantra.

Wealth in Veda talk

A presentation of wealth in the Veda followed by the practice of Lakṣmi gāyatrī mantra. While this mantra practice is also included in our previous compilation, this talk is very different and I was asked to make it available!
