Mahānārāyaṇa Upaniṣad
Join Shantala in Lugano from 28 October to 01 November 2026 to explore the Mahānārāyaṇa Upaniṣad – a comprehensive overview along with recitation of excerpts of the text. Embedded in the Taittirīya Āraṇyaka of the Yajur Veda, it is among the most comprehensive and illuminating texts of the Vedic tradition. It gathers mantras, prayers, and contemplations that trace the unfolding of Vedic thought—from hymns to cosmic powers to subtle reflections on the Self and the supreme reality, Nārāyaṇa.
